Aged for about 10 months in French oak (15% new). Pale lemon with aromas of vibrant lime, with citrus zest and floral notes, very elegant nose. On the palate flavors of ripe apple, citrus and mineral notes with a very light touch of oak. Nice acidity balance ending with a whiff of smoky notes. Very Enjoyable, about 1800 cases made!

Deep but bright gold. Rustic nose of dried quince and birch. Palate (medium full bodied) echoes with firm acidity plus plantain and a touch of white pepper. Finish is long and earthy. My favorite appellation for Chardonnay doesn’t disappoint a decade on. Pair with any classic “white wine” dishes, high end or more pedestrian fare. This will satisfy for another 5-10 years.

Aged for about 10 months in French oak (50% new). Light yellow with big aromas of stone fruits and nutty citrus notes. On the palate apple and pear flavors with bits of lemon rind, fresh and crisp, complex with mineral and wet stone on the lingering finish. Very Nice, about 300 cases made. Put this one in the cellar for a few years, you will be rewarded! Tasting Sample.

Star bright yellow gold. Nose of baked quince and balsam. Full-bodied palate of baked quince, balsam, and a bit of white pepper. Backbone of medium plus acidity supports it all. Fish? White sauce? Roasted fowl? Pork tenderloin? It’ll work with them all. Kick things up a notch, too. Age will be its friend.

2010 Vintage - Not that impressive, closed down, nice citrus and floral notes, that Latour weight, but was the ignored wine on the table when served between a Delamotte and a Pavie Mac.

A bit too oak forward, short on acid and a bit lacking in fruit.

Just beautiful. Low production year, but what was made was damn fine. Sad to see this last bottle from a 6 pack go.
