Aged for about 10 months in French oak (15% new). Pale lemon color with aromas of fresh fruit, citrus zest and floral notes, very elegant nose. On the palate flavors of ripe apple, citrus and mineral notes with a very light touch of oak. Nice acidity balance ending with a whiff of smoky notes. Very Enjoyable, about 2000 cases made! Will age well!
