Great everyday bottle of white burg. Little acid, terroir, minerality, citrus...good house white

I don’t love Whites on a regular basis but I do enjoy a white burgundy. White burgundy’s are the only ones I really enjoy. The Macon region is underrated and has a tasty white without breaking the bank.

The malolactic fermentation shines through this in-oaked Chardonnay. I get nice notes of butter and melon. Wine could have used a little more acidity as it finished a bit flabby.
