Puligny-Montrachet Chardonnay

Good but not terrific.

Good wine at an airport, who knew? (A nod to Andrea Robinson's excellent program at Delta.) Flinty and sharp with a core of baked pears. Very tasty.

(16+/20) Вино с ароматами яблок, дыни, лимонов, кокоса и легким тоном орехов и хлебной корочки. Довольно тельное с высокой кислотностью. Во вкусе много цитрусовых и орехов. Кислотность всё ещё резкая и не интегрировалась до конца, вино требует дальнейшей выдержки в бутылке.

Great bottle. Subtle Notes of pineapple, peach and honeysuckle. Well balanced level of acidity and a smooth long lasting finish.

This is a Chardonnay that exudes aging potential even at a village level. The bold acid, fresh but restrained fruit and seamless integration of oak all point to the snooze alarm on your wine key. Like any woman getting ready to go out, patience will be rewarded.
