Perhaps my drinking range projection on release was a little over stated (3-5Y), as tonight with a 1.5H decant, fruit is abundant, raspberry/cherry jam, lovely. Drink now?

Nose has fresh cherry, dried cherry, dried blueberry, crushed blackberry/strawberry and moist soil.
Palate has fresh cherry, moist chalk, dried blackcurrant, dried cranberry with mild acidity. Good tonight, but honestly revisit in 3-5Y.
Decanted 3H.
Again ~$30, Costco FTW.

Nose has ripe cherry, wet blueberry, black raspberry juice with minor garden mud.
Palate has juiced cherry/blackberry/under-ripe strawberry, bold tannins, moist chalk and ripe red/black currants. Nice but mild acidity, medium finish. Delicious!
