2015 vintage. Baked apple, lemon peel, green almond, pie crust, dusty white rocks, mild floral notes. Exhibits more phenolic bitterness and acid than the standard white Burgundies. Oak is there, but not obtrusive. Good length and complexity.

This wine rocks. This wine really rocks for the price. Great nose and fruit to mineral balance. Need to try more Aligote apparently!
