Domaine des Héritiers Clos des Ursules Beaune 1er Cru Pinot Noir

A serious bottle of Beaune 1er that opened up nicely with air.

Ripe and oaky Jadot coulda been from anywhere

A bit obvious.

Not shy about it's strength, but restrained enough to enjoy casually, full bodied for a pinot, medium high tannins, dry finish where the tannins bloom stronger.

Subtle green salad and bell pepper freshness. Well integrated oak is not overwhelming, but this baby is still a baby. Come back in 20 years!
