Terrior Tasting This is the most reserved of the flight. Reticent nose of red cherry, sour cherry and pomegranate fruit with a high toned allspice and mace component. It is a little backward in the palate with floral red fruit. The tannins are firm but fruit driven with bright acidity. This is very youthful and tight on the finish. This has that reserved Jadot character that screams for 5 to 7 more years in the cellar.
