Nose has muted tropical fruits, mostly papaya and under-ripe mango, cold green herbs, fresh apricot and pineapple core.

Palate has papaya, peeled yellow apple, mild creamy oak influence, mellow acidity and medium finish.

Our first ever Fixin blanc. Decanted ~2 hrs and I think this needs more time and it's also quite youthful, this should really sing in 2022-2023.
