Dry, nice touch of minerality. Not an easy wine. Not too difficult either though. Better with food. Still quite nice on it's own too.

Distinctive in its slight acidity that isn't overly harsh. Notes of peach, maybe some citrus. Paired well with parmigiano cheese.

Lucky me - shared a magnum bottle with colleagues the other day. I noticed that I am a big fan of Macon Villages Chardonnay now. They never let us down.
