Nice Chablis with a bit of bottle aging. The nose features lemon curd, limestone, white flowers and a bit of white pepper. The palette is soft but vibrant, driven by a brisk minerality, carrying with it lemon custard, banana peel, limestone, marjoram and an odd sort of gingerbread at the end.
