Cherry hits you over the head in aromas. Oak comes through on the tongue. Very balanced with distinguishable tannin and acidity.

From the Lumia-Haro taster’s dozen. Solid QPR. Great cherry fruit with crushed gravel. This really plays. Tends to be inconsistent but the 2015 is quite worthy of the WS Top 100.

This charming and humble wine has the typical Pinot flavor and aromas of cherries and fresh strawberries. More tannic than I was expecting but the Burgundian spirit of subtlety is very much present here as you continue to sip and get hints of vegetal and mineral every now and again. For a house as big as Jadot their quality control impresses me.
