Actually surprisingly pleasant. Here I am in Cambodia and clearly the only guest asking for the secret wine list. They must have purchased this 2012 a long time ago, but stored it well. Got a nice level of remaining acidity with a decent white Burgundy overall flavor profile. Not a lot of depth going on here, but for a random evening in SE Asia there is a lot worse I could drink. This is pleasant

Very fruity, medium body, slightly acidic finish. Good drinking.

Not bad for an entry level wine from a 'mainstream' Burgundy producer. This Aligote' is flinty on the nose, with a citrus/lemon finish.
