Nice vintage Burgundy Crémant showing fine bubbles with thick mousse. Sweet fruit aromas with yeasty mineral tones. On the palate, pear and apple on the palate, with berry notes, a touch sweet, great structure and balance. The lingering finish ends with toasty biscuit notes. Tasting Sample.

Bright yellow gold with small, persistent bubbles and rough white mousse. Ample nose of baked quince, lemon zest, and fresh brioche. Echoed on the palate with zingy acidity wrapped by a voluptuous body. Yes, I agree with the good folks at Decanter. This is both a great sparkling wine and a great value. LB’s non-vintage offerings also deserve looking into. I’m enjoying with herbed swai and quinoa pilaf.
