Have gone too long without tasting a wine from Chile. Why did I wait this long!?

These wines are a wild ride. Ultra old vine pais. Côte Du Puy meets La Souteronne. Sour cherry, rose water, steel wool, oxblood, rust, pink pepper.

Varietal Pais, not a blend.

Was corked, will reassess.

This was second go round for this one. Does well after a chill and a chance to breath. Good value. Some earthy funk going nat going on. We like that

Natural, funky kombucha like. Distinct cranberry, prune. Pretty interesting i guess.

Raw wine. 2014. Like cherry juice.
