Dark ruby in color with a burgundy/brick rim.
On the nose, black currants, alcohol, cherries, chocolates, wood, licorice, spices, dust, mint, earth, herbs, tobacco and peppercorn.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, raspberries, oak, leather, licorice, bitter herbs, bell pepper, peppercorn, spices, green vegetables, chocolates and tobacco.
Medium plus in finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cranberries.
This 6 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Mendoza is earthy and balanced, with a gentle mouthfeel.
Needs a couple of hours to open up and balance itself out. Not very tasty right out of the bottle. Probably on its way out, so drink up.
Drinking nicely all by itself, but a good food wine too. I paired it with a cheese plate and grapes.
14% alcohol by volume.

Bought this at Costco here in FL. I'm on my 4th glass now and can't express what it's characteristics are but I know I like it!

This 7 year old Argentinian Cabernet Sauvignon is drinking very nicely now. Well balanced with nice integrated complexity. Soft mouth feel and much smoother than before. Enjoyable by itself as a sipping wine or with food.
Needs 30 minutes to open up and blossom. It was worth keeping it all this time, much better now than 2 years ago. Changed every 15 minutes in the decanter.
I had it all by itself, paired with good music played by my daughter.

This Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, from Argentina, is drinking very nicely now, after spending 7 years in the bottle. Balanced with a smooth mouthfeel and nice complexity. Still holding enough acidity to make the ending interesting. Enjoyable by itself and great with food.
Robert Parker gave it 87 Points.
Drinks much nicer now than a few years ago. Better after 60 minutes of airtime.
I paired it with hard and soft cheeses, crackers and nuts.

Sweet, spicy and leathery, not bad for the price.

Nice clean taste. Smoky and great tanin finish, but not over powering. Subtle fruit very nice balance. Amazing for the $$
