An ok cab from Chile, probably a bit too young, but totally blown out of the water by the most amazing 11-station buffet at the Pudong Shangri-La in Shanghai. Since the mid 2000s the best hotel dining experience of the entire Asia Pacific. Unrivaled, and couldn’t be happier to revisit. Next time I’ll buy a la carte wine to try something less pedestrian. I cannot wait.
