✔️ 오픈 후 향이 제대로 올라오기까지 1시간 정도 걸림
✔️ 처음엔 우디한 토바코 향이 강했고, 베리향은 허브향 섞인 블랙체리 향으로 느껴짐
✔️ 1시간 정도 지났을 때부터 레드체리 향도 풍부하게 올라왔는데, 동시에 산미도 강해짐
✔️ 타닌도 꽤 강한데, 입 안에 뻑뻑하게 남는 편
✔️ 다양한 풍미를 갖고 있지만, 향의 레이어가 입체적으로 어우러지는 와인은 아니었다고 생각함
