Concentrated nose of jam and a touch of grape soda and oak barrel but with a little heat. Palate is blackberry jam, oak spice, solid acid structure with medium body and a hint of grape laffy taffy. Very pleasant and fun to drink. The opposite of AFWE but just the right thing when the mood hits you for a Wednesday night after dinner drink.

At PnP - light but present tannins; med acidity; immediate, alluring red fruit nose changes quickly to show spice, Brussels sprouts, and a vanilla hint; little complexity or structure on the pallette; hopefully this will improve a smidge with a little more time in bottle.
