Vino from the Cavaliery what more to say.
This is no sipping tea! 5 years old Dolcetto at first a slight barn yard (for the complexity as we say to get you going) and then it just open as if it was Xmass day and as a kid slowly I opened my presents and WOW!

Very different the one I had in perno back in May. Much sweeter less soil, but of funk. Feels almost carbonic. Still very good but a tad unstable
