My thanksgiving main course wine. A nice variation from Beaujolais and just as bubble-pop festive in all the right ways. Vibrant, youthful, bubblegum yum with a hint of white pepper. Easily disguises as gamay!

Pale ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of sweet raspberry, ripe black plum, blackberry, purple flower, spiced berry, crushed volcanic rock; dry, medium acid, medium plus grippy tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium plus finish, subtle natural funkiness but not overwhelming
