Pale yellow in color. Citrus and diesel notes in nose. Bright acidity with citrus in mouth, plus some spritz. Dry to semi dry Well structured wine

White Wine of the year in WA. Crisp. Sweetness will be nice with Thai.

Low alcohol but tastes a bit hot, & bit out of wack

Cooling. Long pear. Thicker mouth feel
