Pirouette Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Turkey day pairing with beef tenderloin and bernaise sauce. 63/20/12/5 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.Decant an hour before serving.

Big, chewy, mouth coating Syrah, absolutely gigantic actually. Leathery, peppery, tannic and silty/coco powder notes dominate throughout, but a nice, ripe red raspberry note slips right through the middle and finishes so sweetly. Yum!!!

Love the blend. Tannins prominent. Fig. Pepper notes. Elegant. Blue fruit.

Nice balance and reasonable structure needs a few years. #longshadows #washington

Amazingly old-world Europe in structure and taste. Deep garnet color, tobacco and plum with leather and forest on the palate. Hints of tannins but nothing excessive with low acid. absolutely delicious!

Little flat for the Pirouette tonight from what I recall it in the past

Wonderful wine!

Strong beginning and great acidity. Excellent with beed and jamón serrano.

Plum and licorice notes. Smooth with raspberry, black cherry notes with a little bit of a chocolate aft r taste. Easy tannins. I enjoyed it even more with food.

Thanksgiving delight for all the flavors of the holiday. Mmmmmm.
