Plum, cherry, and baking spice (heavy on the clove) on the nose. Rich, impressively-long finish of fresh earth and cherry. A surprising delight.

Admittedly, very surprised by how well-rounded this was from nose to finish. Clearly, still in it's peak - not bad for 11-12 y/o merlot
