Chenin Blanc

A little break from Rhônes - wine by Neil Collins of Tablas Creek

Bright, pear squirted with lemon and then just lightly spritzed with honey.

Very easy drinking wine. Higher than average acidity which creates a refreshing wine and no easily discernible oak adds to the refreshment as well. Subdued fruit flavor makes this thing drink far too easily. Relatively impressed overall.

Pear and honeysuckle. Light acid

Bright lemon and honeycomb. Mmm. Super balance.

Tried at winery and liked it. Now it feels good but not great.

Floral, not too sweet.
