This is a very unique tasting Bordeaux blend for this area. It is less fruit driven and more earth driven. Very balanced oak and abv for a Tobin James wine which is refreshing. Not my favorite wine, but it is not bad by any means. — 6 years ago
Very easy drinking wine. Higher than average acidity which creates a refreshing wine and no easily discernible oak adds to the refreshment as well. Subdued fruit flavor makes this thing drink far too easily. Relatively impressed overall. — 6 years ago

This wine brings a lot of coffee/mocha flavors in addition to the typical Napa Cabernet Sauvignon flavor profile. Shows good acidity, and quite a bit of oak. It’s not too bad of a wine presently, but I think a solid amount of aging would make this wine supreme. — 6 years ago
