16’ Lone Birch Pinot Gris. I have a love-hate relationship with Pinot Gris’s. Sometimes the acid is just a little much for my taste. This is not the case with this. This would pair wonderfully with a baked salmon!
Profile- Classic, acidity throughout the glass. Lemon, green apple, grapefruit, spicy, richness to it. Not a varietal I normally would gravitate towards. Nice bottle of wine.

Tropical floral nose of flowers and pineapple, opens super fruity with a slight spritz, lime acid keeps it from being flabby.
