Domaine de Bellevue Régnié L'Ollier. Rounded, soft-leathered sour cherry. Pink peppercorn. Cumin. Blistered Jalapeño. Savory streak aligned with aged cheese. All this brooding structure with a bright acidic frame. A complicated story with some time required to express it.

Not the most expressive wine from the region (might be the year) but still delicious. Clean, lean and full of acidity, this has nice pink peppercorn spice, subtle fruit and an austere but mouth watering finish.
