Vintage 2021 | this is the white Cairanne @delectable only 5% is White, made from 40 Rousanne, 30 Grenache, 30 Clairette. Amazingly good balanced and elegant. I like this very much. Almonds and jasmine smell. Good acids. Paired with a fish stew with halibut, gamba’s and mussels. | second day last glass with oysters, yummie
