Biggest tannins from ozv yet, green and red bell pepper, barrel tannin is evident. Not noticing black fruit at all, just red and blue. Moderate plus finish.

Deep black ruby with translucent Crimson rim. Strong nose of cassis, black cherry, plum, clove and smoke. Full body opens with cherry cola to a jammy black fruit, cocoa, vanilla and clove velvety softness. Finishes medium long due to soft tannins with more clove, smoke, cocoa, pepper and hints of caramel/maple syrup. Very good balance and structure but mild tannins and clove dominance is not for all. Very good value at $16.98 but decant for an hour.
