OK, minor bricking around the rim, red fruit nose — underripe strawberry, some rhubarb & cranberry, quite peppery & spicy, earthy, with some medicinal. Palate was med bodied, more red tart fruit, tangy, zippy, bit unbalanced acidity leading to decent finish. Tempranillo appears to be widely planted in TX — who knew?
