Mid crimson in colour. A caramel oaky note to begin with - still fairly closed nose at 10 years. Needed time in decanter. On the palate some strawberry jammy notes together with savoury stemmy nuances. Definitely a good example of a new world Pinot Noir I feel, in all respects. Great intensity on the medium bodied palate finishing with fluid, supple tannins. Such an easy wine to drink with a few more cellaring years if one desired.

Really@wonderful Vibrant but covered fruit. Good balance with earth. I think Littorai May be at the top of Sonoma pinots. Always great balance.

Compact fruit driven nose initially, with oak in balance. Latent power - still needing time to totally unfurl its charms. More new world than Burgundian initially but that changed after a couple of hours in the decanter. A lovely earthy perfume emanating after 3 hours. This wine best to drink after at least 10 years of cellaring with a lengthy decant. I will drink my last one in 3 plus years.

Powerful Pinot defined by ripe fruit and oak. Dark cherry, blackberry, plum, lavender, vanilla and toast. Amazingly structured and intense finish. Still looks immensely youthful, in stasis.
