The initial aromatics give jubilant red fruit, spice, and flowers, but this takes some unexpected meaty, herbal, earthy, and smoky turns at the periphery. In the mouth it is light but long-lasting, with some tart juiciness (slightly volatile) and very fine tannins. Coy in its intentions, but this is a knockout.

Wow. That's really all that needs to be said about this. Amazing balance, sexy, silky, mouthfeel. Cherry, cola, bacon fat, mushroom beautiful tannin across the midpalate and a clean acidity. What a treat.

Love our Littorai, especially when it is coupled with Hirsch grapes. Had it at Saltbox with my wife to celebrate their chef’s last night. Buoyant, cherry, cola cola, rose petals, foraged mushrooms. Low alcohol. Tasty juice and world class
