Dry on the palate with blackberries, plums, cherries, currants, wood, vanilla, licorice, cloves, spices, bitter vegetables, dark chocolates, tobacco, herbs and peppercorn.
Medium finish with soft tannins and bitter greens.
This California Merlot is unbalanced and simple, with lots of bitter notes. Not worth the calories for me...

Eh, tried it because it was on sale. Not as smooth as I prefer. Probably won't purchase again. I prefer others.

Great blend of fruit and low acid and minimal tannins. We mixed 2/3 this with 1/3 LBD merlot, and it was exceptional!
