Lovely balance between gorgeous pure fruit and toasty/yeasty/flinty barrel characters, best of both worlds. Happy I traded for for this bottle last year at #IPOB, this Chardonnay epitomizes balance.

Butterscotch, ripe fruit, apples, perfume and floral. A little sweet on the palate and a bit hot but balanced.

Feb 14th, 2015Like this New Liquid Farms Chardonnay "Four" 2012.. I feel it needs to breathe a hour before it opens up. Nice fruit with a creamy mid palate, just the right touch of mild oak. Good length , a must with food. Mine was pork roast at Terra Nova Restaurant in Sewell, NJ. A must buy for the cellar. I rate this a 92+... Production 8 barrels= 200 cases. CB
