fun as hell. cool and sexy and sort of salty umami. i wanna be the girl who shows up with Lioco at parties.

This wine is just killer. Vivacious, bright, tons of back end Umami. Spicy.

Tastes like it is straight out of France, rather than a trendy part of Cali. Mid-weight, bright, floral, pleasingly tart.

When I want something memorable from France but I’m inpatient.

Gamla vinstockar på hög höjd. Smakprofilen är vuxen och inte alls amerikanskt inställsam. Viol, lakrits, grus, gröna blad, lingon. Skulle gärna ätit mat till det här vinet.

I fell for it. On Instagram “Verve Wine” (Dustin Wilson’s gig) posted about this supple 100% Carignan from Lioco being paired with a burger and I just had to try it. A quick trip to Hopdoddy and Vinology and boom! I was set. Such a delicious pairing 🍷🍔 This wine is full of tobacco, leather, menthol, licorice, and some nice earthy funk. I’m happy with it.
