Pale lemon in color with a yellow tint.
Light nose of Citrus, melons, lemons and light grapefruits.
Full bodied with medium plus acidity, creamy and cloying.
Sweet on the palate with lemons, honey, citrus, tropical fruits, peaches and white pepper.
Long, sweet finish with limes.
This Australian Moscato is way too sweet for me, but could be good as a dessert all by itself. Has lots of residual sugar.
Tried it with an ice cube in half a glass, does wonders. So much better. Now it's crisp and balanced. Paired with the lake, now everything tastes better...
8% alcohol by volume.

Aug 5th, 2016A Thursday afternoon definitely does not need to be pretentious. This gem was $8.50. #lindemans is obviously a high quality producer at all price points. This one does not miss. What a #moscato should be. Perfect for hot weather or #kindergarten teacher hen parties. Very pale yellow in the glass. Citrus and melon on the nose. Intense pear and sweet red apple on the palate with heaps on honey. Slightly syrupy. Long lasting finish. Only 8% alc. the sweetness keeps things from getting out of hand before the alcohol gets things messy.
