The nose! Big and pungent, holding onto fall sunlight. #highfallutin2019

Oct 12th, 2019Cellared these since last summer and they’ve gone through an awesome metamorphosis. On release they were heavily acid driven with beautiful light fruit. Now the syrah and grenache really shine through while braced by that now integrated acidity leaving a beautifully limpid rose. Delicious.

Mar 12th, 2019Super light. Drinks like a white but with a refreshing zip from the red fruit. The ultimate refresher after working in the yard on a hot TX summer day.

Aug 4th, 2018A great refresher for the first day of summer even if its felt like summer for months now. Light and bright this is very Provencal. It will probably be better next summer, but I plan to drink all mine before then.

Jun 21st, 2018Strawberries and cream was pretty much about 90% of this one. I thought there would have been some funk or darker influence given that the primary grape was syrah. It did have very sharp acidity, and also had a tiny hint of minerality. This one made me go out and buy a pint of Blue Bell Strawberries and Homemade Vanilla, and that pairing was just about everything I thought it could be. I give the pairing a 9.6 :) Good poolside sippin wine!
