PERFECT WINE I LOVE IT. we tried to go a week without drinking but only lasted one day. On day two, we opened this to have with pork chops and Jeopardy and the 10 o’clock news. A LITTLE FIZZY!! A little citrus. I need a case.

This is so easy to drink. Light with acidity — it pairs with any light meals like fish, salad, etc.

Very pale yellow, nice nose with pear and apple bouquet. Pretty good- low alcohol, maybe some not ripe peach, a touch of oak. Winemaker Eric Railsback mentioned Loire-like style. Tasted at Parcelle Wine School.
