Apr 9th, 2020Very pale yellow, nice nose with pear and apple bouquet. Pretty good- low alcohol, maybe some not ripe peach, a touch of oak. Winemaker Eric Railsback mentioned Loire-like style. Tasted at Parcelle Wine School.
