Definitely a lot of pepper here. Not as vegetal as you might expect with Cab Franc, though. Fairly easy drinking. Good; not great.

It was a bit rough until it had about 20 minutes to breathe. At that point it had a nice full bouquet though was a little dryer than I usually prefer.
