Pours pineapple in color. ON THE NOSE: roasted nuts, butterscotch and toast with a hint of citrus. ON THE PALATE: the bubbles create a wonderful creaminess on your tongue followed by citrus, green apple, toasted bread and yeast. The finish as just a hint of sweetness. Tiny bubbles last a long time in glass

Anderson Valley Pinot Gris. High acid. Extra brut-ish.

Citrus, flowers, pine needles/sap, honey, green apple. Yay bubbles!

Whoa. Lively balance of softness and enveloping mouth with zingy citrus and mineralty. One of the most expressive domestic bubbles I've had.

To new beginnings! Excited and humbled to work with incredible family owned, small wineries such as this.

Lighter side of an almond color. Grip and cut on the finish. A solid blanc de gris out of Anderson Valley. Nose is fresh, expressive, enough complexity to keep you interested. Would repurchase.

Terrific minerality in the palate with a crisp citrus - like acidic finish. Really interesting and compelling. Very dry :)

Really interesting sparkler. Bright, clean and fresh, has a nice yeasty component and a great acidic steak. Awesome and unusual. (Note - not Willamette Valley, OR, but from Anderson Valley, CA)
