This wine obviously needs several hours of aeration!
Expanding and broadening over a few hours.

One of the most unique wines that I have tasted. Unfamiliar aromas, mostly scents of steak tartare, bluefin shashimi, green tea, pink peppercorns, dried earth. Excellent balance in the structure of this wine.
