An interesting Cab Sauv with some percentage of Merlot grapes sourced from the south water reservoir by the Tianshan Mountains in China. A dry, deep in color already showing its age as I had the 2014 vintage. Licorice, fig and raisins were persistent and tanning were falling already. Nicely balanced and silky finish!

Rather good, ripe and tasty Chinese Cabernet Sauvignon. High acidity but medium (-) tannin and body. Dark fruit flavours and some light well integrated oak. Nice
