2 people found it helpfulSep 8th, 2018Just revisited 2016, glad I knew to hold onto a bottle. With holding a year or so, obtained at tasting room pre-lockdown, the wine has pleasantly evolved in the directions I was hoping.
Color has gone from clear/green to lemon yellow, floral notes on the nose, with jasmine green tea, honey, white grapefruit pith on the palette.
Delighted to witness the evolution. Expand plantings, good job Tommy Jr.. More please.
