Giada at the Cromwell on NYE in Vegas. Yum - a big bold cab

Barnyard funk that is finally blowing off after 30 min. Dark chocolate, cherry, hint of leather. 2008 vintage. Could use more time in the cellar and the decanter. Will only get better!

Never disappointed!

OMG. Big Bold Bright & Beautiful. Dark garnet color. Blackberry, currant, cocoa, plum, leather....the flavors just coat the mouth and the flavor lists and lasts. Incredible wine. This 08 will be great for another 10-15 yrs.
