Eros By Vincent Alsace Pinot Gris Blend

Lovely juice. A great orange wine with firm structure. Aperol on the nose. Very versatile.

Completely over the top, but fun for spring afternoon sipping

Riesling and Pinot Gris. Asian pear, black tea, and ginger. Such a lovely orange wine. Refreshing. Layered.

This is EROS DE RAPHAËL. 2021
A bit tight when it opened but after 15 minutes the great qualities of Pinot Gris and gewurztraminer started to roll out of the glass. Cinnamon, grapefruit, rose and... carrots!
A cloudy nat blend. High but not sharp acids, an IPA like bitterness.

Skin-contact blend of Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Muscat, co-fermented and aged for about 8 months in foudre. Attractive, very aromatic nose with notes of peach, apricot. Light, fresh, round on the palate, super easy to drink

Pretty excited about this wine! Tempted to tell you it is garbage so it doesn't sell out so quickly but it deserves better!! Floral bouquet with a hint of stone and then a mouthful of citrus and apricot flavor with clean finish that demands another sip!
