Black pepper, hay. Medium dry with medium Berry. Smooth with honest finish.

Damson plums, blue fruits, blackberry, a bit of bubblegum fruitiness, white pepper and no noticeable oak. It's lively on the palate, but not overly long on or concentrated. Just a super smashable drop, best knock a bit of a chill in it too before drinking.

Jan 13th, 2017Perfect for a chilly Fall evening. Earthy, spicy, slightly tannic.
