Les Trois Couronnes
Côtes du Rhône Rosé Blend
On vacation in a beautiful but remote mountain area of NC. Did not plan well with regard to wine, so have to throw myself on the mercy of the local grocery store selection. @Bill Bender can probably sympathize, and to put it in perspective, there was about 3 times more shelf space devoted to "premium box wines" than to France, Italy, Germany, and Spain combined. Lucky to find this and it was entirely quaffable (if somewhat lightweight) with some local BBQ. More adventures to follow...

Apr 1st, 2018Not a big rosé fan, so not overly familiar with it. This is not sickening nor overly sweet, which was my largest concern. Kinda lightweight but very drinkable. Faint nose of pear. Taste of pear with mild acidity. Would drink again on a warm day on a patio.
