Terres de Oltron Brut Ancestral Blanc

Yum. Bright and fresh with apple, lees, and great acid.

Enjoyable. Dried apricots, pie crust, yeasty. Good froth and texture, this is a more refined pet nat more reminiscent of méthode champanois than ancestrale.

This was just delightful. Honeysuckle and apple and not too sweet.

Ooh I really enjoyed this one with my mum. Light on the palate with sourdough notes in the nose. Sweeter than some of my recent tastes.
