Saline, citrus, ginger, and white flowers. Really gorgeous texture, like a light, ethereal, satin sheet laying out on your tongue. Blind, it made me think of a natural gewurz. It wasnt as intense or fat, but it had a similar acid balance.

Definitely a Vin de soif. Nothing crazy, just tasty, easy drinking, goodness.
